1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jl84. By accessing, registering, or using any service available on jl84.cam (the "Platform"), you — the user ("Player") — expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), including any additional policies incorporated by reference, such as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. jl84 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all residents and players accessing the Platform from the Philippines, and are governed in accordance with Philippine law and relevant PAGCOR regulations.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to jl84 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations for casino-style gaming activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated script acting on behalf of another party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited by local law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jl84 or PAGCOR.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by jl84 due to a violation of this Agreement.

jl84 implements age verification procedures at registration and may request official government-issued identification (e.g., UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport) at any point. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jl84. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. jl84 will not be liable for losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. In the event of unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jl84 support immediately at [email protected]. jl84 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jl84 is required by PAGCOR regulations to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. Accounts that fail to complete required verification within the stipulated timeframe may have transaction limits imposed or be suspended pending review.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jl84 supports a range of payment methods suited to Filipino players, including but not limited to: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made in the Player's own name using payment methods registered to that Player. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the specific payment method selected and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jl84's compliance team. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jl84 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless otherwise stated at the time of a specific promotion or transaction.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to exploit payment systems, initiate chargebacks, or engage in any form of payment fraud will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. jl84 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in investigating fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jl84 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational gaming purposes only and may not be used for arbitrage, bonus abuse, or matched betting strategies.
• Each promotion carries its own specific wagering requirements, expiry period, maximum withdrawal limits, and eligible game restrictions. These are detailed on each individual promotion page.
• jl84 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, adjust wagering requirements, or void bonus winnings where abuse is suspected.
• A Player may only claim each welcome bonus offer once. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus repeatedly constitutes fraud.
• Promotional bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value unless fully wagered in accordance with the stated requirements.
• jl84 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

jl84 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer systems from accredited game providers to ensure fairness across all games, including slots, bingo, monster dice, butterfly blossom, and live table games.

• Game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the system. Technical errors during gameplay will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• In the event of a server disconnection during an active game round, the outcome will be determined based on the last confirmed server state at the time of disconnection.
• Players are prohibited from using any form of software, algorithm, exploit, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• jl84 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and reclaim winnings where evidence of systematic exploitation of game mechanics or technical vulnerabilities is found.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly forbidden on jl84 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and legal referral:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate games, bets, or outcomes through collusion, hacking, or external software assistance.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of another person without their express written consent.
• Impersonating jl84 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Posting or transmitting harmful, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content through any communication feature of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or other players' experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on jl84.cam — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, interface designs, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl84 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jl84.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl84, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from gameplay, system outages, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or from unauthorized access to the Player's account due to the Player's negligence.

jl84's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

jl84 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

jl84 will never sell your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with our licensed service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR) as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any aspect of the jl84 service, you must first contact our support team at [email protected]. Our team will aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal support channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution office as our licensing authority. jl84 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or arbitration proceeding.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jl84 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. It is the Player's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal or regulatory channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
